Seni Kita 2023 visual arts exhibition is in its fourth year running. The objective of this project is to create opportunities for Malay artist to interact and inspire one another. Works featured in the exhibition will be selected through an open-call by the curatorial committee. The theme for this year is Globalisasi or Globalisation, which reflects how the post-pandemic world has witnessed a great advancement in communication technologies and the rise of Artificial Intelligence. This globalised, more technologically connected world has profound impacts on the Arts. This platform provides local visual artists of the Malay community to network and showcase their creations. These displayed artworks were carefully selected by a curatorial committee consisting of respected local arts practitioners and educators.
