As we reflect on 2024, we are filled with immense gratitude for your continued support and experiences we have shared together.
This year, Kamal Arts reached a significant milestone – our 5th year at Wisma Geylang Serai! We are thankful for this partnership that allowed us to host the well-received InstaGeylang and SeniKita exhibitions. As a cultural ambassador, we presented Malay cultural art to a diverse audience ranging from corporate clients to 1,527 student from 19 foreign institutions.
We also had the privilege of facilitating batik workshops at many community events, fostering connections with new people along the way. Some of the highlights include collaborating with ArtDis and Gardens by the Bay on a community project launched by the President himself, the DSSO anniversary batik created by surgeons at Singapore General Hospital, and even having the Pope participate in batik painting!
Through our NAC/AEP programmes, we have engaged hundreds of pre-schoolers, served 52 school CCA programmes and presented 15 assembly talks inspiring the next generation.
Additionally, our team at Cartoon.SG has created a remarkable 384 commissioned caricatures, proving that human creativity continues to thrive in the age of AI.
