Held a mini-batik painting workshop at Boon Lay Primary School for both students and their parents. The participants were each given a pre-waxed mini batik design to complete using our traditional batik dyes. The designs were already pre-waxed onto the cloth thus no hot-waxing is required by the students.
We conduct batik painting workshops every Wednesday 3-5pm and 7-9pm in our studio at Goodman Arts Centre. The workshops cost $20 per session and all materials are included. Over the course of a few weeks we have conducted a mini-batik painting workshop for the elderly at St Luke's Elder Care. The elderly participants each produced their own batik painting, using hot wax to draw their designs onto the cloth and colourful batik dyes to complete them.

We conducted a batik painting workshop for One World International School, held over 4 lessons in a course of 4 weeks. The students were exposed to traditional batik painting methods, like hot waxing and using batik dyes. They were also taught a brief history on the culture of batik painting.
